Production
Elite has been created by a TV Production Manager to provide
a recruitment solution in the specific area of televison production
management. The process of finding work and employing people
in the roles of production runner, secretary, assistant, coordinator
and manager currently rests almost entirely on the unreliable
method of personal contacts and cv based websites.
At
present managers have the difficult task of relying on contacts
or completing the recruitment process themselves, which can
be time consuming, costly and unreliable. Freelancers on the
other hand are often in a position at the end of contracts
where they have to take any role with a low wage, just to
pay the bills rather than progress their own careers.
Production
Elite aims to provide a solution to this problem for both
the employer and the freelancer. Creating a personalised recruitment
solution with a sole focus on the area of Production Management
staffing, we are able to concentrate our energy on bringing
together and building relationships with the best people and
employers in TV.
This
is made possible by creating a pool of the best production
talent through our own contacts, recommendations and interview
and supplying a trustworthy and reliable service for our employer
clients when they need to staff their productions.
We
can then act on behalf of both sides to get freelancers the
best roles that are suited to their skillset, experience and
aspirations and in turn employers can come to us safe in the
knowledge that we can match their requirements with the most
suitable individual.
