Production Elite offers a free and comprehensive recruitment service to employers looking to staff their TV productions. Our existing recommendation service is now supported by a free, searchable online database of our premium members and an exclusive job advertising area.

We have carefully selected only the best freelancers for representation and membership on our books, based on our own production experience and the past needs of our employer clients (see our credits). By limiting the number of people in each role and specialism, we feel we have created a truly elite service that will save you time and enable you to source the highest quality freelancers and staff for your productions, quickly and reliably.

As a registered employer you have three search options that aim to cut the time spent sifting CVs and contacting unavailable people:

Utilise our trusted and personal recommendation service, by contacting us with your requirements. We will search our standard and premium member database and send you shortlist of suitable CVs and arrange interviews.

Log in and search our premium database of subscribed members, using our detailed and efficient search form (created using feedback from our existing clients). Request CVs from us, save details for later or arrange interviews.

Log in and place a job advert on the site that can only be applied to by our premium members. We will send you CVs from the most suitable applicants and also anyone we feel is suitable from our offline standard database. 

We are always involved in the process, at the stage of sending CVs, arranging interviews and agreeing the rate. The freelancer pays us a booking fee from the agreed rate as per our terms of use once they are contracted by the employer directly.
